Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.
I ordered a necklace for my wife for Valentine's Day. There was an option for a note to my spouse, which I filled out. The necklace arrived broken and the note was missing. I filled out a return according to their online instructions. In those instructions was an option to return the item, so I did, but specfically asked for a gold chain (for the necklace) instead of a silver. I wrote an email explaining the change as well just to make sure. When the necklace arrived, it was with the wrong chain. I wrote them about receiving a discount so I wouldn't have to return the item a second time, based what seems objectively to me to constitute incompetency. Also, it was well past Valentines Day at this point. Quite unbelievably, the representatives at Ross Simons insisted the problem was my fault, claiming I wasn't clear enough in what I wanted after they sent me a broke item-- although I emailed them about the change of chain (gold to silver), filled out the return sheet concerning the change of chain(gold to silver), included the items serial number, and sent that physical copy inside the item to be returned (gold to silver chain). It appears whatever I do right, including more than following the directions they gave, they will blame it on the customer to save time and money when things go wrong on their end. I wrote them about this specific issue before writing this review to give them the benefit of the doubt, and after having received no response to my last email (which was professional and concise and explained the issue provided above and a request for discount so I wouldn't have to keep returning things), this review was written.
I wanted to share my recent experience with the items I purchased from this company. While the pieces looked great in the pictures, I have unfortunately encountered significant quality issues. Every single item I bought either arrived with a serious defect or broke within a few months of use. Despite the initial appeal of the products, the poor quality has left me disappointed. I find myself unable to use these items any longer. I understand that imperfections can occur, but the frequency and severity of the issues have left me with no choice but to discontinue using Ross Simons products. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it's essential for customers to receive items that not only look good in pictures but also maintain their quality over time. Considering my experience, I would not recommend purchasing jewelry from Ross Simons to others. I hope Company can address these concerns and possibly improve the quality of your products in the future.
The bracelet came earlier than expected
Returning 2 pieces--(1) has a sales tag priced at $1500 and you charged me $3146! (2) the 2nd piece is small and thin and I can't wasn't as represented

I would like a refund on the bracelet I purchased. One of the rubies fell out. I was very disappointed and my wife was heartbroken. The bracelet was a birthday gift.
It's beautiful, but will need to be returned as it is too small.
I did have to send it back for a smaller size.However, I loved it. It was just too big. I exchanged it for a size 8 but haven’t heard from it yet.

I have purchased a number of items from Ross Simons and found shopping on line is very easy to do. If you are not happy with item, it is easy to return items or to exchange items.
The amethyst ring was beautiful and dainty. Just what I like. I do wish the amethyst earrings were bright like the ring. They are just not as attractive as the picture on the website. I am debating on sending them back.
