A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Let me edit my score, I have received 4 sterling silver rings and 1 pair earrings and everything else was excellent so I am changing my mind about my original comment, sometimes things break and being cheap no insurance, my baddd. So, otherwise I ❤️ 😍 💖 everything and my new ring I got fixed today. Will continue as a customer.

Jan 10,2024Really pleased with the product. Lovely sunflower earrings just as described. Good quality, of course! Only annoyed that right after I purchased it you sent me a $10 birthday coupon. I had no idea you would do that. Can’t use it as I just spent $100+ on the earrings I bought. Darn it, Ross-Simons! Really poor timing makes the $10 unusable to me, which I regret.
