Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

My only issue with the transaction, a small one, is that the box was slightly ripped on the bottom, making it a little less appealing as a gift. Other than that, my first experience with Ross Simons was very positive.

Dec 13,2023I have been purchasing jewelry from Ross-Simons for 30 years. I have always received beautiful and quality items. However, my last 2 purchases have been very disappointing. The items appear beautiful and of high quality in the catalog. However, the items that I received were cheap looking and flimsy. The quality of Ross-Simons jewelry has definitely declined recently.
