A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Dec 03,2023Very easy to find what I was looking for by using your “search” I love the neck chain I ordered. It’s beautiful. I’m allergic to metals, except for gold. I was really looking for something just like this necklace but in 24k gold. You only had the 18k, and I’m praying it doesn’t have other metals in it or I won’t be able to wear it for long and it will end up in my jewelry box like all my other gold plated necklaces. But right now it looks beautiful on, and I love it. ❣️

I browsed Ross-Simons' website, looking for pair of gold jeweled huggies, and I found exactly what I was looking for. It was on sale, too -- what could be better? Checking out was easy and quick, and my package arrived within a few days. My earrings were just what I was looking for, and I'm wearing them as I write this. It was an all-around great experience.

The very delicate necklaces came in a little bag, in a ball of knots making it impossible to separate. Not worth a penny…contacted customer service and they made it impossible to return and get my money back….. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
