Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Luckily, I purchased the insurance, which I never do, and the store credit was given without any issues. I've purchased a few other pieces of jewelry, and they all seem to be lower quality and bend or break easily.
