Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Oct 21,2023I received my order which was a birthday gift for family member, it was a tangled mess! I called immediately and spoke to a wonderful customer service person! She said it would be replaced and emailed me a return packing slip, we figured out that the small little clear plastic baggie that the bracelet should have been in wasn’t there it was loose inside the black bag which was then in the gift box, because it was loose in the black pouch must be how it came all knotted. I returned it yesterday but won’t receive the replacement in time for the birthday but will save for Christmas gift. That is why I gave it 2 stars but I give your customer service 10 stars!
