Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Aug 14,2023I've never been so disappointed. The silver chain necklace arrived kinked in several places. I question the "quality control" or lack of. This necklace as another & the emerald ring will be returned. The emerald ring is "dull" lacking any shine/luster. Too many inclusions, and definite lack of clarity. Finally, the prongs are loose hence the stones will all out. As for 3 pair of CZ stud earrings the post on one was totally bent sideways the only reason I'm not returning them is because my daughter wanted one pair. I as others want to be proud of the Jewelry I place on my body.

Aug 01,2023I received the ring on Friday about 2pm when the mail arrived. I put it on and around 9pm I looked at it again on my hand and a CZ stone was missing. I had not even left the house and frankly did not do much at all bc I was binge watching Netflix all afternoon. (Suits with Meghan Markle) Very disappointed in this ring.
