May 21,2023Good communications about when the delivery would take place and gave us the chance to confirm the delivery date was suitable for us. Delivery was made to our garden within the 3hr delivery window provided and we received a phone call 30 minutes prior too. Very good.

May 21,2023Haven’t assembled the item yet . Had a massive issue with the delivery . Didn’t get a 3hr window till the day of delivery . Wouldn’t give me a more accurate time .. choice of an AM or PM. delivery would be better . It made the whole thing very stressful as I had to return home from work to receive the delivery . The way you deliver would put me off ordering in the future

The patio set was delivered after four working days, I was kept informed by text then a call 30mins before arrival. The set is lovely, of high quality and perfect for our needs.
