Jun 18,2023We had been looking for a reasonably priced bistro style garden set and came across Royalcraft website. We had seen a similar Royalcraft product at a garden centre and were happy with the quality so we had a look at ordering directly. The set we ordered was the Paris bistro aluminium framed rattan. The ordering process was simple, shortly afterwards we were contacted by the courier and delivery was arranged and the goods arrived spot on time. Only the table required assembly and this was very easy. The build quality is excellent and the aluminium frame is powder coated as well. Excellent service and quality from Royalcraft and also from your courier, friendly and efficient delivery. Stan Clarke

Jun 18,2023The furniture was delivered quickly and on time with two phone calls to confirm, which was great. However all furniture needed self assembly, instructions for chairs and table were good. The instructions for assembly of the pergola were very poor. One set of hooks were not even mentioned! You would need four adults to complete correctly. Took all day to complete table, 6 chairs and pergola!

Jun 17,2023This is the 3rd set of Royalcraft furniture that we have ordered. The first two sets were Wentworth Sets from a 3rd party supplier. This time we purchased a Lisbon set Direct from Royalcraft. The set arrived very quickly. Was very pleased with the delivery and with the quality of the Lisbon furniture which nicely compliments the Wentworth sets. Royalcraft direct price was less than 3rd party suppliers and was an even better price due to the extra 20% off all items. My only disappointment was that my sister wanted to purchase the same item after seeing my set, but sadly the 20% off all items had changed to 20% off full price items just two days after delivery of mine. Please bring back the original offer and you will have an happy customer from my family.

Jun 14,2023Wow! Fantastic service / fast delivery and the product is far far better quality than all of the other makes we looked at. The 6 person oval dining set is perfect and brings a more “family feel” to the seating. We had an old rectangular one but this feels far more comfortable and inclusive due to the seating layout. We also went for the gazebo 3.5m x 3.5m, it’s far better in quality than we expected and solid too. The added sun canopy works a great. So pleased we shopped around. Really happy with our purchases. Jun 13,2023We saw a gazebo in a local garden centre, then saw Royal Craft had it on their website for around £200 cheaper. Placed the order for it then found out it was an additional 20% off for the bank holiday weekend! So we ended up getting a bargain. Then we decided to get a corner sofa set to go with it, also at 20% off. Delivery was easy to arrange - the courier got in touch via WhatsApp to organise the delivery day, and the day before delivery they messaged to confirm a 3-hour delivery window. The two-man team phoned 20 minutes before they arrived, and they took the big boxes into the back garden for us. The quality is brilliant. The gazebo takes 2 people a couple of hours to put together, slightly less time for the corner sofa. The instructions aren't too bad, but some of the diagrams could be a bit bigger/clearer. We've sat out under the gazebo during torrential thunderstorms and stayed completely dry. If/when we're looking for more garden furniture in future I wouldn't hesitate to use Royal Craft again.
