May 29,2023We ordered an item that was shown as in stock, then identified as being out of stock the following day. A quick response came through offering a refund or a similar item, of higher price, as an alternative. This made us pleased with the service from Royalcraft, and the product was of high quality (garden table and chairs) which look great.

May 29,2023Ordered some replacement cushions for our outdoor chairs. It did take a bit of backwards and forwards trying to get the answers, but once we had the correct cushions delivery was very fast and they were well wrapped. (in fact 4 layers of wrapping)

May 22,2023A very helpful lady sorted my order out with every bit of information I requested, and delivery was very quick. I had one part that was damaged, but they are putting that in the post to me immediately. Great company, my first set of Royalcraft garden furniture lasted thirteen years and was still going strong when I decided I wanted a change.

We only went to purchase a cover for a patio set that we had purchased last year, their make but not directly from them. Mr. Willetts located the correct cover for us with a smile on his face. We are very satisfied with our patio set and should we ever want to purchase any garden furniture this is our first and only port of call. Well deserved praise.
