Jun 11,2023I was looking for a gazebo that would cover my existing patio furniture but a 3mx3m would be too big for the patio so was very excited to find one measuring 2.75m x 2.75m. Unfortunately, the distance between the posts is only 2.3m which is not mentioned anywhere in the information provided and not quite what I wanted. However, the structure is sturdy and satisfactory although some of the welding could be better finished off. The fabric of the curtains is acceptable but I would like to be able to tie back odd curtains so tie backs on the outside as well as inside would be helpful. I've decided to keep the gazebo as I think the perfect size is not going to be available

Think it is a shame that it isn’t possible to buy the chairs separately to add to the set. Decided as there was an additional 20% off to buy the whole set again and don’t regret it. Good quality.

Jun 10,2023Bought a table and chairs set from Royal craft. Like many other people, the rattan under the glass top has split due to heat/sun within a few years of purchase. Clearly the product is not built to last.

Jun 08,2023I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this Company, DONT BOTHER! We purchased a Lisbon rattan set in May 2018, costing £649, two armchairs, 2 seater sofa and coffee table. We have covered the furniture each year and placed it in a sheltered part of our garden. Much to out horror when recently uncovering the furniture ready for use in the summer, on one side of the sofa the seat, area, and arm on the same side have all split, plus the coffee table has three areas of the rattan all split! After emailing Royalcraft, and a lot of tooing and throwing I was told that as it was out of the 1 year guarantee, they could only offer me a replacement sofa at a cost of £225! Their email read “All of our Furniture has a certain level of sunlight UV hours, if the product has been exposed to the elements such as extreme heat and cold this could potentially happen”. I asked the question, are you referring to our English weather? Needless to say , they didn’t reply. I can only advise people that the quality of their products is very very poor, as our garden furniture has only been used for four summers, and we were expecting to get a lot more use from the furniture than that! There are only myself and my husband that use the furniture, and we only use the armchairs! DO NOT BUY FROM ROYALCRAFT, THEIR FURNITURE IS CHEAP AND RUBBISH !!!

Jun 06,2023The product itself and the delivery were both excellent, however the instructions are extremely poor and the print quality is appalling, looks like it was a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy etc, it they could sort out the instructions and the quality of them, I would have given 5 stars

The furniture itself is very high quality and the excellent customer service you get is the icing on the cake. The guys who delivered the furniture led by Tony couldn’t have been more helpful everything was assembled and placed where we wanted and Tony didn’t leave until he had explained how to work the fire pit and maintain the furniture We couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for quality garden furniture to look no further than Royalcraft
