Apr 23,2018Very sturdy, good job as our large and heavy sun umbrella fell on top of it when we had an exceptional gust of wind and there wasn’t a mark on the love seat. Also very comfortable to sit and relax with having the footstools.

May 11,2018What I ordered was not in stock, although the web site said that it was. This was obviously disappointing. However how a Company deals with issues like this is how it should be judged, and Royalcraft dealt with the problem very well. Communication was prompt, alternatives offered. I decided to wait for new stock to arrive, I was told when Royalcraft were expecting a delivery and one working day after that date the courier contacted me to arrange delivery, and the next day we received the outdoor dining set exactly as advertised, and we are very pleased with it. Great value good customer service.
