May 15,2023Ordering was straightforward. The product was marked as a "pre-order", but was actioned within a couple of days anyway and delivered shortly thereafter. So it seemed unnecessary to treat it as a pre-order really. Delivery was highly efficient - into our house's front hallway.

May 13,2023I've given you 1 because zero was not an option. from start to finish this order has been a nightmare, from the two guys that arrived and couldn't put up the hammock, to leaving it here so it could be picked up at a later date and today when i'm being told the original hammock which is still sitting at my property will not be collected. Dreadful experience.

May 09,2023I ordered a table/chair cover which took about 10 days to arrive by parcel force. Bearing in mind there were Coronation bank holidays involved, I thought this was acceptable. The delivery driver was very good. I have purchased the same cover from Royal Craft before and they last for two seasons before disintegrating when left outside all year. Inferior cheaper ones need replacing yearly.

May 07,2023I'm usually delighted with my purchases and the quality of my furniture, however my latest purchase is a completely different colourway to the rest of my furniture and not as sturdy. Even though it is all from the Wentworth range. I emailed the company but no response. Disappointing really. Delivery was faultless as usual.

May 06,2023I purchased the Faro Deluxe Cube Set Rattan Weave Effect - Black and am very happy with my purchase. I spoke to Lauren at Royalcraft as the item was not in stock when I was first looking to place an order, but she was very helpful keeping me informed of when the item was due back into stock. Once it was back in stock I placed my order at the sale price and even received a further £10 discount. Delivery was very good arriving 5 working days after placing my order in perfect condition and the two man delivery team carried it into my garden carefully and placed it where I requested. It had clear instructions and I took my time (about 2 hours) to fully build the table as the chairs were all ready to go. Good quality dining set that looks really nice at a great price....just need some sun now to be able to enjoy it !!

May 05,2023Great customer service. Easy to order, delivery date could easily be changed if allocated slit not convenient. Communication was good regarding the delivery. Delivery driver called ahead with an ETA. Delivery driver brought item into my home. Really pleased with my purchase and glad I purchased direct as the item I bought was over £100 cheaper than online stockists.

May 04,2023Fantastic customer service. Super free quick delivery by guys who went above and beyond to set up our egg chair beautifully where we wanted it in our garden and took away all packaging . Even had a follow up call a few hours later to check delivery had been made and we were happy with everything.

May 03,2023Purchased the L-shaped cover for my Milan garden sofa and it fits perfectly. Too early to tell if it does all it says in terms of water resistance, uva etc as only received yesterday, but fits perfectly with all cushions in place and has ties at the bottom to keep in place if extra windy for instance. Looks and feels like a quality item, not that nasty plastic green plastic and I was very happy with the price, about half that of others.
