Jun 19,2018Bought a 6 seater Sorrento patio table and chairs set direct from the Royalcraft website. The furniture arrived within a couple of days of placing the order (although no notice had been given that it had been dispatched) so everything good so far. However when we put the table together we discovered that the glass top didn't fit into the frame (the frame was too narrow in the middle). We contacted Royalcraft via the contact form on their website and they replied through email within 1 working day - we passed the relevant information on they asked for by email and then waited for the top to be replaced. Didn't hear anything from them for a couple of days so chased it up via email - still didn't get a reply. Sent another email - no reply to that one either. Then phoned on the number on their website - that just went to a messaging service but I left a message asking for them to contact me regarding the order. No answer to that either. I've now contacted them again via the contact form and waiting to see what happens. And then this review request came through so thought I should highlight the terrible customer service. Whether the faulty product we have received is typical or a one-off I don't know.

Jun 11,2018Recently bought the Windsor Fixed Companion set for my Summer house. Very satisfied with the set. It's comfortable and sturdy. Cushions are quite thin but adequate and I've put my own back cushions in place for a bit of colour. The foot stools are a bonus as can double up as extra seats. Dealt with company direct. Extremely helpful. Good delivery time. Overall....Very good buy.

May 30,2018Terrible delivery. Ordered a set of 2 chairs and cushions. One arrived and the second chair did arrive 2 weeks later without the cushion. The first chair was in a box the second done up with shrink wrap and left on a neighbours doorstep. Customer service equally bad. Offered to cancel order when second chair failed to arrive and said I was only entitled to about £30 refund which is approx 25% of the order. Then after 3 telephone calls was told the second chair had been delivered but not able to send me a POD as the POD belonged to the delivery company. The furniture is great they really need to get their act together though Would not use them again. Waiting now for the second cushion I am not expecting that for another 2 weeks. Be interesting to see if they reply to my email I sent them today.

May 15,2018Really good quality items. Solid furniture with a good finish. Seat cushions excellent and hard wearing. After a problem with delivery, I contacted Royalcraft direct and they really went out of their way to resolve it. I would definitely buy from them again.
