Dec 31,2022Bought a dining set from here but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the item. The customer service was rude and it is now 2 and a half weeks later and I have no refund. Paypal is now taking over and still nothing back as yet. Would NEVER use this company ever again. Disgusting customer service when things do not go their way clearly. Hope you had a good Xmas ELAINE knowing you were being rude and selfish by not refunding me nearly 500 pounds. DO NOT USE THEM.

Nov 16,2022Quick delivery and item true to size great quality. So far the rain has stayed on the top! I bought this cover to use on a similar corner sofa unit to the Aspen and it fits slightly bigger on the length but as it’s not made to measure happy with this. The depth is perfect. I stumbled upon this cover by chance and would recommend this item and the company.

I did experience a problem with the table top, but a single call to the customer support team resulted in a new part being shipped to me to resolve the problem with a minimum of fuss. Oct 19,2022Having purchased a Wentworth cube set many years ago. With lots of use we had worn out the bearing feet. A single email and few replies to confirm profiles with pictures, we received the new parts restoring our furniture to almost new condition. Worth buying a reputable brand for longevity IMO.

Item delivered was faulty and the customer service has not been up to much, with a complete lack of empathy or desire to turn a bad experience into a positive one. If you are thinking of buying from Royalcraft, I would think again, their customer service is very poor.
