Aug 15,2022LET'S GO FLY A KITE! Well that was mothers day money badly spent! It looks the part BUT the slightest breeze, and I really do mean slightest, and the whole umbrella takes off! And that's the problem really; it's an umbrella, one single piece of fabric covering the whole frame. Looking at other models they consist of 2 sections, the first has an open gap all around the central pole with a second covering overlapping that which allows air to circulate in and around the umbrella. I've made a very bad choice and it wasn't cheap!!! Sorely disappointed!

Aug 13,2022This is a nice looking table and chairs, but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. On arrival, when the table and chairs was first built I noticed a number of cosmetic issues. The table had scuff marks all the way along, the finishing was poor, the rattan was loose on one of the footstool's, there was a burst cushion and another had stitching that was coming away. I was further disappointed by Royalcraft's response; I emailed right away and was offered a Ā£50 goodwill gesture. I explained that I didn't feel that the quality of this product matched the Ā£1850 price that was paid. I was then offered Ā£100 and to replace a few damaged parts, when I refused this and asked about returning the product, I was advised that because I no longer had the boxes, the product could not be returned. I offered to source my own boxes, but Royalcraft have disengaged and are no longer replying.

Aug 29,2022Arrived well packaged, fitted perfectly ( probably my measuringš) easy to fit, looks great and as a blackout keeps it extremely dark! And they were reasonably priced! Love it
