Aug 02,2022Quite expensive but thought we bought quality. We were wrong, table bottom has warped and damaged rattan. Royal craft doesn't seem to care and come across condescending. Really expected more especially considering the cost. Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.

Jul 30,2022We ordered a cushion box which has a recommended price of £560. For this money we expected the item to come fully built. This was not the case. The instructions were poor and at least 3 screws had faulty threads which meant they would not screw in properly. The hydraulic arms in the lid had to be completely taken apart to attach to the box. This is not included in the instructions. Luckily my husband is good at DIY. This would be impossible for most people. This is not what we expected from such an expensive item.

Jul 26,2022This is the 4th piece of Royalcraft garden furniture I have purchased - 8 seater Cannes oval dining, 8 seater Cannes cube, 2 seater Cannes bistro and now the Faro Conversation set. Initially I was a little hesitant as some similar sets I had seen were not tremendous quality. I needn't have worried - the set is to the same high quality as my previous Royalcraft sets. It is very sturdy, was simple to construct and was delivered within 48 hours! It now has pride of place at our static caravan.

Jul 26,2022Our furniture was delivered a lot quicker than we’d expected. I did question the delivery guy because the one box said quite clearly that it contained 2 chairs and we’d ordered 4. He made it clear it was nothing to do with him and we should contact the vendor; however once we’d opened the box it did contain the 4 chairs.
