Oct 05,2022Since Covid, it's been rare to experience excellent customer service. I must say the customer service team at Royalcraft provided this. I emailed them enquiring about a piece of replacement glass for my patio table. They were quick to respond, very helpful and sourced the replacement part efficiently and in a timely manner. The courier service Royalcraft also used was excellent too. When the glass first smashed, I dreaded trying to source a replacement. But Royalcraft made this easy to do - thank you! If only other companies' customer services could be as good as Royalcraft!

Sep 01,2022The delivery of the table and chairs was fine and they look as they do on the internet. However, the ends of the rattan strips are attached to the frame of the table and chairs by small staples and some of these have already come out. There are others that have not been fully punched into the frames and are therefore possibly going to come out. The build quality therefore only merits a 3 star.
