Jul 17,2022We were disappointed that it needed assembling - nowhere on the website does it mention this (unless it's in very small print). Several of the holes didn't line up, so had to use file. Also some of the threaded holes needed clearing out for the bolts to go in... Product OK when put together, however; time will tell.

Jul 17,2022We wanted furniture for our decking, which wouldn’t take up too much space yet would give us plenty of seating. This stowaway cube furniture is just perfect – and it looks really good. Ordering process was simple and straightforward and the company kept us well informed about delivery, which was swift and efficient and the items came well packaged. Construction of the table was straightforward. The product is high quality and sturdy and the price offered by this company was the most competitive one we found for this particular set of furniture. Delighted with the furniture, the service and the price …….. recommended…….. 5* all round.

Jul 16,2022A very positive experience. We are delighted with the outdoor table and chairs. The chairs are very comfortable. My initial telephone discussion with the sales team was helpful, and it was good to be reassured that they had no knowledge of any deterioration subsequent to purchase. Time will tell...but so far no problems in first month of use. The delivery system works well, and we were kept informed at all stages. The delivery team were pleasant and very helpful, unloading through our back gate into the garden. All items in good condition, and well packed. (Lots of cardboard!)

Jul 14,2022My parasol pack was torn in transit & the small pack of bolts, washers & retaining screws lost. Customer Service was prompt, & efficient in sending me the replacement pack. These things happen & it's about how they are dealt with that counts.

Jul 07,2022Hi i couldn't be moor pleased with the service i received from royalcraft .i reported my glass top had shattered but i had no paperwork to prove when or who i had perches it from .within two days they got back to me they found my supplier and as it was still under guaranty they would replace the top .One day later the new top arrived great work royalcraft

It looks good and the high backed chairs are very comfortable.The Furniture arrived on time and was unpacked with minimum fuss but we were left with having to dispose of a large quantity of cardboard which was difficult as we live in a first floor flat and are in our 80's Also we tried to purchase weather covers to protect the furniture as it was twice the price of our previous set purchased from you 9 years ago. but none are available at present
