May 24,2022This particular Ratan is not as good as my previous set, but it was cheaper so for the money it's OK. The table gets hot in the sun and warps under the glass and chairs hold the rain so wet to sit on initially

May 11,2022Ordered a 4 seater Relaxer Set on 12th April and it was delivered on the 15th with no problem at all. The ordering was easy and confirmation prompt. The delivery company kept me fully informed of its' progress. The only matter that surprised me was the size of the box it was delivered in. The individual pieces sizes are given on the website but I could not see the delivery box dimensions. So when it arrived measuring 134.5 x 99.5 x 76.5 and weighing 70kgs - I was not quite ready for it so it went in the garage. Overall though a very good experience.

May 11,2022Looks like the picture when we bought it. Quality reasonable, table edge could be a little more rigid. Easy to assemble and luckily I had a couple of spare washers as there were not enough.

May 10,2022Arrived all together and no pieces missing or broken. A couple of chairs have a poor finish of lacquer work on the arms they are pitted, so will probably rust. So disappointed. Easy to assemble the table. One of the legs was not level in the fitting of the plastic joint, but rectified by knocking it in with card covering the area using a soft hammer.

May 10,2022Love the Adirondack chairs, the wood is good quality with a nice finish and lovely colour. Slightly tricky to assemble in that it needs two people but no real problems. We were only disappointed that you don’t sell the footstools as well. Altogether very happy.

May 10,2022Chairs were relatively easy to assemble , half an hour for each chair . The table assembly was more of a challenge, it took about 30 mins but needs two people .
