May 10,2022After some careful consideration we ordered this set in preference to some other cheaper (and more expensive brands - in no small part due to the excellent customer service in answering some questions we had pre purchase via email). The order was then delivered much faster than expected (2 days instead of a week) and was easy to put together with all holes lining up and clear instructions. It all seems really goods quality and looks at least as good as some other rattan we have that was more expensive. The only downside was that two of the 6 chairs did not seem to match the rest of the set, had only one cushion each and the cushions were a different colour. However, once again a single e-mail to the customer service had them actioning a replacement set that arrived a couple of days later and the wrong ones (which I suspect were last year's model) will be collected later this week. Such a nice change to have such good customer service and we look forwards to christening the set properly with friends at the weekend,

May 02,2022I bought two chairs and small table before the pandemic but was wishing I had bought more.I ordered an additional large table and 4 chairs which arrived quickly.The quality is great,really sturdy.We live by the coast and the set I bought 3 ago looks as good as the day I bought it despite the salt air and wind.Would highly recommend.

Apr 28,2022Its amazing what businesses you find on TP, but my point being I should have written this review ages ago, around 2015 I believe. Anyhow, I purchased a lovely MasterCook stainless steal 3 burner gas BBQ, oh, several years ago now and all I can say, its been perfect. The true story being, way back then I had spent several weeks landscaping our garden and with little consideration what we wanted to achieve, decided to hold a friends and family BBQ to celebrate finishing such a big DIY project. I desperately needed a BBQ of good quality, gas and price, found it on RoyalCraft. I called them directly, as a referral from a business friend, expressed that I'd need the BBQ in 2 days, yes this is how late I'd left it. Anyway, took payment and delivery details and as if by magic, the BBQ was with us the next day. I was gobsmack, overly satisfied and very impressed at the service provided, that's all I could think of at that time. So, put the BBQ together, solid in construction, far better quality than I've ever experienced before and naturally proceeded to use it endlessly every summertime available. Jump forward some years May 2022, it still looks great, despite being thrown across out garden one year in a horrendous storm a few back, little bend but back to normal as I possibly could and is probably considered the thoroughbred in the family. So overall in my experience at the time, RoyalCraft had the goods, had the right price and the high quality service to match and they delivered beyond any expectations. I have since referred 'so many' friends and contacts there way in regards to quality and service, I personally wouldn't have any doubts to go back for more myself.
