Mar 18,2022Disappointed - chair sides metal work not cylindrical so did not slide into back metal work without using pliers to form a circle. On The table - bolts not long enough to attach to screw holes, also two screw holes poor thread, did not connect much with bolt. Glass top - if the hole matched the table hole glass projected over one end of the table, the other end had no glass over the plastic edge. Poor workmanship.

Mar 17,2022Initially disappointed with the bistro set ordered. Impossible to put together as the screws did not align at all with the inserts. Customer Service was apologetic and ordered a replacement. The second set fitted together easily. We chose Royalcraft, because about 8/9 years ago we ordered from them a garden sofa set, which still looks as good as when first brought, so despite a hiccup, we would still recommend.

Mar 17,2022Furniture was safely delivered to the requested area without any fuss. Cushions safely stored away and the furniture has survived the recent named storms that started with the not so 'Nice to see you, Eunice' !

Mar 11,2022Not assembled yet but looks lovely quality. Have to commend Royal Craft for their delivery service though. Garden set ordered on a Friday and delivery was made by the following Thursday. I was kept notified even on the day to a more or less exact time slot - 7.30 am it was delivered so no waiting in all day. Never experienced such excellent service. Will definitely buy from them again

Mar 11,2022Ordered furniture before, asked advice in relation to a parasol and base, couldnt be happier great advice and had it delivered in around 3 days would highly recommend royalcraft, bit dearer than most, but its quality, my cannes garden furniture is a year or so old been out in the cold winter, with cover provided, still looks brand new 🙏🙏🙏

Mar 10,2022One of the finest firms I have dealt with.chairs delivered as promised, all very quickly. I then ordered another chair and it came quickly. Quality of the chairs and table are excellent. The making up of the table , I had to ask for help, It wasn't difficult but an extra pair of hands were needed.

Nov 06,2021We bought a dining set for over £1000 after a year and a half the glass exploded just missing our young children, emailed royal craft and sent them the video of it exploding and there response was it’s out of its warrant and we should replace the glass at our expense from someone else as they would not replace the glass. Avoid at all costs

Aug 18,2021Two year ago we brought a pair off Royal craft deckchairs for our campervan, they had only been used a few times and never been left out in the rain. At the weekend when sitting in one it collapsed breaking in a couple of places. These looked good quality, but the wood is very poor quality, Royal craft are saying out of warranty.

Jul 23,2021Interested in purchasing a bistro set. Needed to know delivery times. Used Royalcraft website CONTACT link . After two days without a reply I bought elsewhere. If the company cannot have the courtesy to respond to a simple question I would not use the company.

Jul 19,2021I have given one star simply because there is no zero. We purchased a large table, six chairs, four footstools. This was always covered when not in use but as soon as the 12 months guarantee had expired the rattan began to break up under the glass table top. We contacted Royalcraft but they didn’t want to know!! So beware, your furniture might seem ok at the moment but the expensive furniture is not fit for purpose.

Mar 26,2022I purchased a set of outside garden furniture, the staff weer very helpful when I placed the order, the delivery team were very friendly and helpful. The furniture is lovely and easy to assemble, although one of the chairs and stool is very uneven which i seemed to have put right.
