Jul 12,2021Nothing good about Royalcraft, ordered garden table and chairs, had to prompt them for delivery date. Table needed to be returned as rim damaged, still have table a month on waiting collection,replacement arrived whilst on holiday no communication and nearly as bad as first. Can only contact by email so it is hard to explain problems. No quality control and no phone contact.

Jul 08,2021Hayley at RoyalCraft worked unrelentingly to ensure my furniture (which was delivered to the wrong address by the courier company) was found but eventually replaced with a new set and delivered to me in time for a very important event that I was hosting that weekend. Jul 07,2021Good and rapid delivery, though courier simply dumped the boxes on the drive without notifying us they had arrived. It took the course of most of a weekend to construct rather than the 4-6 hours indicated. Metal quite thin and aspects of construction fiddly - but overall quite happy for the price paid

Jul 06,2021Very impressed with my 4 seater Cannes dining set. Pretty easy to put together and very well made. Due to delays everywhere with obtaining garden furniture I has to pre order then wait for delivery but to be honest most other companies were quoting end of summer for delivery. I would definitely recommend this set and company. You do get what you pay for.

Jul 03,2021Initially the large corner sofa and coffee table set looked the part. We were happy with the look and quality of the products and also purchased a dining set. At the 2 years point the rattan began to split around the edges on all products. It now looks really scruffy with splitting all over the products and far from the quality product we thought we purchased. Very disappointed!

Jul 02,2021Furniture is beautiful and well worth the money, only reason it's not 5 stars is that communication wasn't great with regards to dispatch and delivery. We were told courier would contact us with delivery date but our furniture just turned up without warning.

Jun 24,2021I saw the shed on another website and read that Royalcraft is supplying it. The delivery time was like 6 weeks from the retailer . I tried to order the Cambridge Grey shed directly from the supplier and it was delivered within 5 days.

Jun 23,2021Pleased to find that a 4 seat dining set was still available, but the ordering process was very difficult and an internal problem had to be resolved by Royalcraft before my order could be accepted. Unfortunately communications with intermediate courier companies were then poor and promised delivery dates were not met. As a result the set was delivered unannounced and is still sat waiting to be unpacked.

Jun 22,2021Disappointed in Royalcraft garden set (4 chairs and table) purchased only 4 years ago. After 2 years the faux rattan table top began to split. It is now looking very ‘second hand’ with multiple splits visible. We have to put a table cloth over it to hide the damage. Unlike the chairs, the rattan table-top is sandwiched between a glass panel and enclosed metal base. The faux rattan (plastic) heats, visibly expands and sags, then cools and contracts as the sun goes down. The furniture has not been misused, is covered when not in use, and stored indoor in winter. We only had 2 years while the table was ‘perfect’. Whether this method of construction is the root of the problem or it’s a basic material defect I’m not sure but we cannot be the only people experiencing this? We approached Royalcraft who offered to sell us a replacement table (at a discounted price) which we declined. I therefore cannot recommend this expensive furniture set which I feel should last much longer than 2 or 3 years.
