Jun 20,2024Thanks for your response, however that was only because I called, you didnt get in contact with me, also got an email the day or so after I placed the order to say my order is complete, then another to say a note has been added to your order. "Note - no tracking reference" that was all it said, hence the reason for calling. Looking forward to getting my order by Friday, thank you I can now confirm our order was delivered yesterday (when we were out) we have not opened it yet

Jun 18,2024Delivery time was excellent and well wrapped. All tools etc provided to put together, but the instructions would be a lot easier to follow if the individual parts were marked. The seat itself is good but disappoints as the water collects on the seat instead of draining through. We have an existing Royalcraft set from 6-8yrs ago and the quality of that is much better.

The delivery couriers were exceptional and took good care of everything. All in all, very happy, just waiting for the weather to get better so I can actually enjoy it!
