May 23,2024Easy ordering, and great delivery experience. Messaged date a few days before and then given 3hour time slot on the day, with a phone call letting us know when they were 45mins-1hr away. Umbrella looks smart with stand that we purchased at same time. It is easy to open and close with the handle and the tilt button is also easy to push in. My only niggle is that the umbrella tilts only on the shorter side (it’s rectangular). This does not work for us as we have an oval table and the direction we need the tilt to shade us in the long side of the parasol. Also the stand is too chunky to use with our table as it won’t fit through the hole for the parasol. It would have been useful to know the width of the stand. I would prob have bought it anyway so we can use the parasol free standing but I probably wouldn’t have bought the umbrella if I realised it tilted in the wrong direction for what we need.

May 22,2024Great furniture, really good quality, delivery happened exactly as they said. My youngest daughter loves the outdoor sofa and spends lots of time outside. Only used the gas fire pit in the table a couple of times, but it gives out a great heat.

May 28,2024Uncovered my furniture after being stored for winter to find that somehow mice had got in and chewed two of the back cushions. I emailed Royalcraft enquiring if they could help. After giving furniture make and sizes Royalcraft informed me that they could help and sent out to back cushions at a very reasonable price. Excellent service
