Apr 10,2024I like your very good value for money products. It was the robot delivery system that I had problems with. I did not appreciate being woken up at 06.04 hours on on Friday, 5th April with repeated exchanges of text messages, approx in no.34, which went on for 2 hours or more. Eventually the delivery date was finally agreed as the 9th April which went to plan. Hence, products 10/10 but the delivery arrangements 0/10. It certainly makes me reluctant to purchase from you again.

Apr 07,2024We have had the same garden set for years. We have left it out for a couple of winters and it has only recently rusted. The set was a very good price. The delivery company kept in touch and we were informed of the 3 hour delivery slot the day before.
