The order process is very smooth and easy. They have a generous return policy, as well. I received the rugs in five days and they were nicely packaged. Requested signature upon delivery because we are not currently living at this residence and planned on being there the day it was to be delivered. Rug sat on front porch for two days one of which it was raining. Still don't have rug pad and have no idea where it is.
