Aug 22,2017The color DID NOT match the pictures on Amazon. I requested a return and they charged $15.00 to return the rug. The rug arrived at their facility on 8-16-17 and I had to ask where my refund was on 8-21-17. The rug was unopened and in a clear plastic package. I was told they needed to inspect it and that caused the delay???? Really? What if I did not follow up, would I have ever received a refund?

Aug 09,2017Excellent customer service. I reached out to them regarding a promotion, and they set up the online order for me. The rug was very quick to ship. The only hiccup was that I had to reach out to them to inquire about the shipping status of my free rug pad, as it did not arrive with the rug. The rug pad shipped the next day. Overall, great company and service. I would recommend RugPal.

Saw that RugPal was the shipper for the particular sizes on back order at other different places, so I went to their website to see if they them in stock. They were, and at the same price, and even offered a 15% discount.

Jun 16,2017RugPal did not have the rug we ordered in stock. Customer service was on top of it and assured me that that the stock was being replenished. I noted that we were moving. Customer service took down the new address for when the shipment would come in. Took away a star because they still sent it to the original address. Luckily, it arrived much earlier than we anticipated. Customer service was always proactive and friendly.
