Feb 25,2025I had to deal with Russell and Russell due tobthe unexpected death of my step mum. They were requested to send the original will, which they told me they had done, unfortunately by first class post, it didn't arrive at probate so that resulted in a nearly 6 month wait for probate culminating in them apparently "finding" the original will 22 weeks after they had informed me it had been posted. Russell and Russell did not inform me they had the will it was purely as I phoned probate for an update that I learnt of the situation. To date they have not contacted me to advise they found/had the will all this time. No thought for the stress that this has caused me on top of the unexpected death back in September.
