May 08,2024Slow response and poor attitude to urgent issue. No response to chaser emails so I phoned a week later to hear the conveyancer was still oblivious to the updates on my case. When I asked for this to be followed up as a priority I was told ‘no’. ‘Every client thinks their case is important’. There was no apology or expression of goodwill to prioritise the case despite this delay. Meanwhile a separate email to the same conveyancer during this time for a new quote for a new bit of work received an instant reply. Very poor client service experience and I won't be using R&R again.

May 01,2024I had a very bespoke experience from the probate team and it is obvious that Emma Wood is highly qualified and provides excellent client care, Emma explains everything properly with out any legal jargon, which is greatly appreciated from a complete lay person. Emma is very prompt at email responses too. My experience from the conveyancing team was less bespoke. Emails and letters quite generic, lots of legal terms which isn’t really helpful for a lay individual. I Felt more like a number at times. Still, a satisfactory service from R&R all in all.
