If you want efficiency ask for Karen Peall on your conveyancing case. She is no-nonsense and a veteran of the industry. Could not recommend her highly enough for her efficiency and technical excellence. Unfortunately my experience with others in the firm felt lacking.

Had a very positive experience of using Russell and Russell Solicitors in Farnworth, Bolton. My conveyancing was handled by Michele Benson, Adina Mabon and Karen Peall - the latter two I had the majority of my interactions with. Both Karen and Adina were incredibly professional and compassionate, helping me with the process and ensuring that I understood the stages as things progressed. I am incredibly grateful to Karen for the work she did to ensure that I got the bonus from my Help to Buy ISA as there was a time when it looked like I wasn't going to get it. All in all, very grateful to the team at R&R and the price was reasonably competitive too.
