Feb 25,2021Absolutely awful service by R&R, never use them. Does not provide feedback/responses in time causing delays in the works completion. Very rude on the phone. You will not get what you pay for by using them. Avoid them.

Sep 11,2020Very unprofessional and rude service. There is better solicitors than they are. Some staff members have no basic manners and how is possible they also lost clients documents. We were pressurised to sign a document that was not right and we would have made false statement saying wrong is right. When this was brought up they ignored and still pushed to sign the document. I do believe at court it would have been our liability if we signed something what is false to be right and this company would have just said well your signature is in this document you have confirmed this is right. They aren't on their clients side or represent their client at their best.

Feb 26,2021Truly professional behaviour atleast with the people I spoke so far - Amy Bellis, and Ayesha Khan just stood up outstanding if I compare with other law firms. Undoubtedly, Amy handled my purchase conveynacing with all due digilance and guided me throughout the process whenever I needed support with. There was a strict timelines I requested due to the issues from my previous conveyancer (LPL, a Read and Roper division) who denied in the middle of conveyancing process due to limited company purchase. Also, I absolutely admire the work Ayesha did for me. Always prompt responses and made sure I am aware of the whole process until the exchange. I could not say better the way R&R took my case at last minute and happily handled the purchase professionally. I certainly be contacting Amy and Ayesha in my future purchases. I am glad to found one firm I can rely on :).
