Mar 08,2025My friend recommended Safestore as he was very happy with their service 4 years ago. Having now experienced Safestore for myself with two storage rooms, I am very pleased with the whole experience. The pre-booking staff were most helpful, along with a member of the team on reception. The building is so clean and organised, and the storage rooms are very accessible. It is good to be able to pop in occasionally to bring more items.

Mar 06,2025Fantastic from the Get-Go, Signed up with Christina at the Bolton Store, Manchester Road, really friendly welcome, answered all our questions, and nothing seemed to much trouble. It was a no brainer to sign up and not carry on looking. Actually could not believe the rates what we thought was for a week was actually for the month! Supper happy. Excellent experience due to excellent prices and excellent customer service Thank you Very Happy and impressed.

All the staff at Wood Green are extremely friendly and caring with excellent communication and customer focused skills. A special mention for Bash the manager for his professionalism and commitment to providing quick responses and solutions. I would recommend Safestore Wood Green unreservedly and am grateful for the help I have received over the past year.

Very helpful from day one actually showing me the best options for the size of the space I required to rent through to explaining the terms and conditions of the contract. We paid upfront for 2 months, then they changed our contract halfway through to say they would automatically charge us an extra month at extortionate cost unless we contacted them many weeks in advance to confirm that we were still moving out at the agreed date (and with only one single email which went to our junk mail - apparently making this legal). This company will change your contract with very little notice and charge you hundreds of pounds - seriously consider giving your business to any of the many other storage companies.
