Sarabec Hearing Products aim to help people feel safer in their day to day lives, whether at work or at home. With extra loud alarm clocks and smoke alarms, and with flashing doorbells and vibrating pads, we hope to to offer security and peace of mind for those who need a little extra help around the home/at work.

Sarabec website was very easy to negotiate and I found the bell push for my Byron bell, I moved home but the bell push was damaged so needed new one. Ordered and came as advised within a couple of days, communication was good from Sarabec and product was reasonably priced. Would buy from them again

I can’t vouch for the hearing aid because it was sent to my 94-yr-old stepmother in her care home. She says it’s not working, but her key worker says it’s working perfectly. Make of that what you will! However, what I can say is that the service was super efficient and it was delivered very quickly. Don’t take any notice of my stepmum.

The telephones I purchased for my Mother have everything she needs from an answer machine that she can here when the person is leaving the message, to loud speaker, etc. They are perfect for all her needs & I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you

I spoke with Sarabec twice before purchase, to ensure I was buying the right kit, and twice during set up; on all occasions I received really helpful patient support. Delivery was quick too. Fantastic service.

Got this product for my wife who is hard of hearing. I can now have the TV at a much lower volume and she can hear all that is said when watching our favourite programs. BRILLIANT !!

Great service. I ordered this phone for my Mum. She decided to move into a home after I placed the order, and the supplier was very helpful at getting the delivery address changed. Mum is hard of hearing and she says this is the best phone she's ever used since her hearing loss.

The telephone did not meet the description in the ad. It said it was an amplified phone with an adjustable volume control. The slider on the side was a cheap non functional button that travelled about 1.5 centimetres which if it had worked would have offered little or no real level of control. The single volume available on the phone was, in my opinion, less than a normal non amplified instrument.

This was amazing I got one and it was so helpful! I don't have a hearing problem but, I am a very deep sleeper. also, my dad got one for me on his account so don't charge me for anything if you see my account didn't buy one pls.
