Jan 29,2021I have found Sarabec to be an excellent company to deal with. On this (and on a previous occasion) I received prompt helpful advice over the 'phone to make sure that I was ordering the correct items and how they would operate. The goods were despatched promptly. Delivery by Royal Mail took a day or so longer than expected but that was not a big problem. The items (a wireless door bell and an additional receiver) were well packed and arrived safely. They are now in use. I shall be happy to use Sarabec again for similar products. Thank you.

The problem was Royal Mail, which kept saying it was going to deliver that day, and then not delivering, and not giving notification about the revised delivery, either, until about three days later. But that's not Sarabec's fault. So otherwise very good.

Jan 20,2021I contacted the tech department as I have an old hearing loop device and it no longer worked with my new TV and Sky Q box. The tech agent suggested a small device that would convert an optical signal to digital and took time to answer my numerous queries. This has saved me over £100 as I no longer need to buy a replacement hearing system. Thank you for your patience with me.
