I ordered a replacement bell push on 30/12/20.I assumed that the company would be closed between Christmas and the new year. I was very surprised to receive an email on the same day saying that the order had been received and that I would get separate emails telling me when the order had been processed and another when it had been dispatched. Later that day, I received both emails. Item received on 2/1/21. Great service. Will definitely use again in future.

Hi. Quality sound,very nice ,But.!! They dont fit comfortably. 2hours and i have to remove. The weight of the unit is causing most of the problem. I’m not asking for returning it i love it. But any sujestions or modifications that might help? Maybe smaller ear pieces. They were highly recommended by a dear friend who is over the moon with them.12 months +. Regards. Stan B

Ordered on-line.Initially ordered wrong handset in the first place, but after sending an email immediately & speaking to the office in the morning. All sorted out with not a problem. Delivery & packaging was as explained. Very happy with Sarabec Ltd.

In general a good buying experience. Telephone support was very accurate. Some improved post-dispatch tracking would be most helpful - whilst your Courier had a track-package facility, it was limited across the c.4-day delivery period. Else, a great product.

The hearing aid stickers are ideal to wear on a face mask. It helps in aiding speech, from a visual point of view. Asking people to speak clearly, when lip reading is camouflaged by a mask.

I ordered a neck loop also l live in middlesbrough it took over a week to come if i was not disabled for the stroke ive had i would have gone for it myself as its just up the road from acklum where I live i am also hard of hearing and my old neck loop broke i cant hear the t.v or the football on the radio for over a week and more i will not be ordering More from this place
