Aug 08,2024Absolutely awful!! I made a really simple purchase of four size 5 footballs for my adult team. When they arrived I immediately reached out to School Wear United via Whats App and via email. Both of which have been ignored. I am out over £130.00 with a product I cant use. Their customer service is awful and I would avoid at all costs!! Do not make the same mistake I did.. They will take your money, send you the wrong product, then ignore you. Which is the most frustrating part. I never complain either and am very level headed, so for this to annoy me it would have to really bad!
