Jul 07,2024Took my fur baby to the emergency vet due to infected paw. It was 700.00 and I only had 200.00 the vet recommended the Scratch Pay option and I was excepted. Scratch Pay let me pay on the balance.

Jul 01,2024Poor customer service. You can save yourself some trouble and REALLY over-estimate what you might need, and then let the Dr office price down if needed. Otherwise you’ll end up with multiple loans, due dates, etc. Just not very organized. Not easy to change payment dates, customer service is not helpful or knowledgeable, just a waste of time to call them.

Jul 01,2024I highly suggest never using this company even in a time of need. Nothing but a headache and lies. I have tried to make my payment on time going on 3 weeks with multiple attempts even speaking with someone to clarify it goes through. On all multiple attempts on different days they bounce back saying I never paid but then they tack on interest and extra fees saying I haven't made a payment. They not once have actually tried to take money out of my bank account. Save yourself thr hassle , it's been nothing but issues and sent me to collections after a few days even though I have made multiple attempts to pay my bills on time.

Jun 27,2024Awesome!! Absolutely easy to apply for! This is the best when you can’t afford to fork over hundreds or even thousands up front to help you poor sick pet. This allows your sick pet to be seen by a veterinarian to get better and then you can make monthly payments! They also pay the veterinary on the day your pet is seen by the veterinary. Love scratchpay and because of scratchpay it brings a great piece of mind knowing my cat can be seen by a veterinarian if she becomes unwell. Thank You Scrtachpay!!!!

Jun 26,2024ScratchPay is great! Had an emergency with my beloved cat… as a single mom, I didn’t know if I could actually afford the emergency care my cat required. My vet suggested applying for ScratchPay. Thank goodness for them! I wasn’t approved for the entire amount, but it was enough to really make a difference. One year later, my ScratchPay account is paid in full, my kids still have their kitty & my cat is healthy and most importantly, still alive. Making your monthly payment is fast and easy & I love the ease of linking my account for payment. All in all, utilizing ScratchPay when I was really in a financial & emotional jam was a very positive experience. Would I use ScratchPay again? Absolutely! But I’m hoping if I ever need them again, it won’t be for a VERY long time. Thank you, ScratchPay and my Tuxedo cat thanks you as well!
