Jun 24,2024Scratchpay was very easy to use and apply for payment options. I really enjoyed having a window of time to pay off my bill in full without interest. One thing I’d enjoy in the future is being able to name each loan. This was my third loan in a short time, so it was confusing to choose the one I needed. I often had to look at each and make sure I was paying the right one. Other than that bit of confusion, the app and payment options were awesome.

Jun 19,2024Life Saver, LITERALLY!! One of my recued dogs had 44 kidney stones some as big as a toddlers fist. There was no way I could have came up with the emergency surgery bill in such short time. Scratch Pay approved me in minutes and the payment plan was very comfortable and affordable. I have rescued 8 dogs and being the sole financial one responsible for their care has gotten very expensive but I just couldn't leave them abandoned and she is a good companion, far to healthy to have her put down. Again thank you Scratchpay, you are a life saver. Will definitely be using again in the Future if needed

Jun 16,2024Unbelievable! I had never heard of scratch pay until the receptionist recommended it. I was super skeptical & thought I would never get approved. My credit score needed some work. So I was very skeptical, 99% thinking I would be denied. But shockingly was approved. In a matter of minutes. I had only applied for a fraction of what was really needed, thinking the smaller loan amount would have a better chance of being approved. So after finding out it was approved, I re applied immediately for the larger portion of the bill! To my amazement both loans were approved!! I can’t say enough how much this has helped us out. The stress alone of trying to come up with so much money was unbearable. So yeah Scratchpay is definitely one of the best companies I’ve ever used. The entire process was exactly like advertised. No hidden fees, no impact on my credit & no interest if you payoff within the promotional period. Everything was upfront & no surprises. Literally a matter of minutes from the time I applied to the time the funds reached our veterinary office. I never expected that visit at our vet to end up costing sooo much. Thank God this was an option!!

We took him to the vet and they called us after having him for several days and indicated that he had to have emergency surgery and it was going to cost more than what we were able to pay out of pocket, they suggested scratch pay. I am so glad they did! We were able to apply and receive immediate funds in order to pay for the surgery and save our sweet little dog. I highly recommend Scratch Pay.

Jun 15,2024Scratchpay made it easy for me to get emergency vet care for my dog. The only thing I would change is how their website lists payment due dates after extra payments are made: if I pay ahead, it shows the next payment due months later rather than the next month.

Jun 15,2024I've used Scratchpay to finance vet care and it is easy to apply with an immediate decision on the loan. I was apprehensive the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything went from applying until it was paid off. I've since used them 5 more times and everything's been great. I had to speak with customer service at one point and they were very pleasant and helpful. It's easy to make online payments and they're actually affordable with the option of not even paying interest on the money financed. All stress is relieved knowing I have them as an easy and immediate financing option when needed. I highly recommend!

Jun 11,2024The application process is simple and you get a quick decision. That’s exactly what I needed to pay for an emergency room care for my dog. The only trick (and therefore only 4 of 5 stars): they set up installments for 12 months automatically. But from the 7th month on, you start paying APR. The online system doesn’t allow you to change the monthly autopay amount. Therefore, you have to pay manually on top to use the 0% APR offer, if paid off within 6 months

Jun 09,2024Read the fine print! I am thankful that Scratchpay was there when I had an unexpected vet bill. However, soon after getting the loan, I made a $1,000+ payment and thought that was the end of my loan. I didn't notice (shame on me) that I was supposed to click a "payoff loan button." I still had to pay $115 in interest for the final $10 that I didn't notice I needed to pay because I didn't pay off the full loan during the early payoff time. Read the fine print!

Jun 25,2024It’s easy to get approved but if you spend a lot of money and still lose your pet, the high interest rate and payment terms will be a monthly reminder of that tragedy until the loan is paid off.
