May 07,2024I had reached out to several MDR claims experts however, not only were SDLT Experts Ltd's rates more fair and reasonable than their competitor's, their plain English explanation of the process (compared to bamboozlement via legal jargon) and pro-active approach (others advised I had poor potential) filled me with confidence where engagement with others left me in doubt. SDLT Experts Ltd were incredibly efficient in submitting a successful claim on my behalf. Would definitely recommend their services.

Without the help of SDLT Solutions Ltd, i wouldn't have been able to reclaim back stamp duty i was owed on my house purchase. Mar 04,2024Jon was very patient and thorough in his advice to us. We were able to reclaim, despite conflicting advice from our solicitors. I would recommend using the SDLT Experts, if you find yourselves in the same circumstances as us. As they charge on a % win fee then there is no harm in trying. Jon also gave the very sensible advice of putting the money away for 6-months, just in case HMRC had a change of heart - at the end of the day better earning interest in our account than in theirs! The whole process was very quick, with an easy to complete questionnaire, which you then have to evidence with photos. Jon was very responsive to email questions from us & a great chap to deal with.

Jan 25,2024Really easy claim process, good communication throughout. I had done quite a lot of research on the claim and was confident we were eligible, but it was reassuring and far simpler to use a specialist. Whole process took about 6 weeks including the Christmas break.

Jan 14,2024Was contacted by Jon from sdlt regarding an over charge on our stamp duty for our annex. After a phone conversation and him explaining in more detail we decided it was a no brainer . A few bits of paperwork to fill in and some photos to back everything up . This was just before Christmas. I received an email from Jon on the 10th Jan with great news. A few days later we received payment of over £12500 Without this company’s help we would not have known anything about this. Thanks again Jon

Jun 05,2024My partner and I never knew that we had paid too much stamp duty let alone that there was an option to claim it back. When we received the information in the post we truly thought that there would be some sort of catch and that we could end up loosing more money of it wasn’t successful. After speaking to SDLT experts out concerns were soon put at ease. The whole process was explained. It was very easy to do and not as time consuming as I had anticipated. We’re very thankful for the assistance from the team and they are very prompt at responding to emails and questions.
