Dec 18,2023When we first received the personalised video message in the post about our overpayment on stamp duty we were a little sceptical. That being said we had tried to look into multiple dwellings relief during our purchase so we thought why not! Jon was really helpful and comms were simple enough. We provided everything that SDLT Experts needed and they did the rest. Within 3 weeks we had got the stamp duty money back & paid directly into our account. We paid SDLT their 15% and now we just wait 9 months to make sure the decision does not get reversed. SDLT Experts were great and obviously took time to look at our case hence the personalised message we received. As its no win no fee you have nothing to lose! We recommend Jon and his team.

When I read the letter, I was a bit dubious to be honest but I discussed this with my mortgage broker who said it is a legitamate claim and I should proceed.
