Dec 16,2021Jon at SDLT Experts Ltd contacted us shortly after we purchased a property in Devon with a holiday let in the grounds . He was sure we were due a refund due to overpayment of Stamp Duty . My solicitor said we weren’t so we gave Jon all the necessary info and a couple of weeks later we received £12,500 back for overpayment of SDLT . It really was that easy . Couldn’t recommend Jon at SDLT Experts Ltd highly enough. Great service and I don’t ever normally do reviews . We had a lot of companies contact us about this but am so glad we went with Jon. Oct 27,2021I was approached by mail regarding the services SDLT could offer me. I am always suspicious when I am approached by an unknown source about saving money. However as soon as I spoke to them I was 100% clear about what they could do. After sending some basic information they were able to refund the money that I was owed - very clear & very efficient!

Oct 18,2021Smart marketing was the key to alerting us to the probability that we had massively overpaid SDLT on our new house purchase. Jon made the whole process almost unbelievably stress-free and clear. Efficient and responsive, we received from HMRC the full net amount of the estimated overpayment in much less time than Jon had - prudently - predicted. You will be inundated by letters from firms offering the same service. I cannot speak for them, but I can thoroughly recommend SDLT Experts Ltd.
