Nov 24,2021Servast to the rescue again. Twice now they have conjured up spares for my aging SMEG stove that everyone else has told me are no longer available. And their customer service could not be more helpful, confirming I was on the right track even though they were very small parts and there was little money in it for them. Prices seem very fair, although as it was a case of find the bits or scrap a solid old school SMEG, really they are priceless.

I was kept informed in regards to a potential delay in stock/ delivery date.
