Nov 12,2021Our oven door glass shattered when the handle came unscrewed, I emailed Servevast direct and they provided the information about the replacement glass immediately. On ordering I was informed it may take 2-3 weeks to arrive from Italy however the part arrived within 10 days. I am delighted to have my oven back in working order.

Was then impressed as the part I thought I needed showed 'what others bought' or 'what may (also) be required' and it was this I needed (bushing) as opposed to the whole spare arm. So very happy with that result, plus extremely reasonable shipping costs and quick turnaround of order. Happy to recommend and will use again if spares required in the future.
