Nov 03,2021My first port of call for genuine parts for my Smeg cooker and hob. Also use them for Smeg cooker hood spares for my dad. If fit and compatibility is important I'll buy from Servevast as the recognised Smeg parts dealer. More often than not their prices for genuine Smeg spares are better than those offered on other spares sites. The website is easy to use and customer service is good too.

I placed the order later online after checking the parts were exactly the ones I wanted. The process was straightforward. The parts arrived securely packaged exactly as promised. Now fitted, I'm happy to report a successful experience.

Oct 29,2021I originally ordered the wrong part (my fault) but their technical knowledge is superb, so I was guided towards the correct thermocouple for my hotplates. Speedy service all round and best to fit a genuine spare part when it comes to gas stoves. Peace of mind is worth the slightly higher charge than FleaBay

Oct 25,2021Having been furious with myself for accidentally scratching my Smeg hob, I looked for something which would help remove them and clean it. There are some products available online which are expensive and not Smeg materials, hence I opted for the Pasta x refurbishing paste and it was excellent! Modestly priced, enough to last a long time and the service and delivery first class! It really did the job and I highly recommend.

My SMEG fridge freezer had a broken hinge and they talked me through the process of identifying the exact model so that I was able to order the correct part. It arrived in less than 24 hours and my fridge is now fully functioning. Thoroughly recommend this team.

Oct 16,2021We wanted to order an additional set of oven shelf runners for our new SMEG range cooker. We went on the SMEG website but were unsure which ones were the ones that that would fit our cooker. We e-mailed with the details of the cooker and had a very swift response with a link straight to the part we required . Clicked on the link , paid and the part was with us within a couple of days . Very impressed. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Oct 13,2021We weren't able to replace our faulty Smeg coffee directly with Smeg so ordered one here. It arrived within a few weeks (came from Italy) and works perfectly. We were kept up to date about delivery dates etc so would definitely order from them again.
