Oct 11,2021I stupidly dropped and smashed one of the doors from my 2 yr old Smeg cooker. The official Smeg site did not recognise the model number (SY931) but Smegspares did and ordered one from Italy. It arrived far quicker than I anticipated and Alexandra at Smegspares kept me informed of the progress. Absolutely superb service!

Oct 08,2021I needed a couple of parts for my oldish Smeg oven. I found the customer service excellent. Quick, responsive and helpful. Once ordered the replacement parts arrived the next day all present and correct. Prices are comparable with other suppliers but the service stands head and shoulders above the rest.

Oct 07,2021Excellent service buying spares for a Smeg hob. First spare was a thermocouple, which didn't seem to do the job. A second was sent foc, which also didn't solve the problem. A replacement gas valve, ordered on the advice of the help desk did resolve the problem.

Oct 07,2021Good experience,I ordered parts and was informed that they would have to be brought from the manufacturer and could take some time, however the parts arrived quickly and given the amount of paperwork that must have been involved I think they were excellent and would recommend them.

Oct 04,2021Ordered new oven seal for the cooker which is 16 years old and informed it wasn't in stock and had to be imported from Italy. Expected a long delay but got it delivered in just over a week. Really pleased with service.

Oct 02,2021I needed a replacement element for my smeg cooker and I found servevast on the internet. The item I needed was available and at a cheaper price than on any other site. I placed my order easily and received my genuine smeg part earlier than anticipated, with plenty of communication on despatch and tracking of my item. Very good service and great value, highly recommend.

Staff very helpful and assisted me in figuring out the correct model for my kettle base replacement. Once ordered, the brand new kettle base arrived the next day. Highly recommend this supplier.
