Shipping was quick as possible! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again when I need to. Keep up the good work.

Sep 25,2021The team here were excellent and went over and above to ensure a part that we ordered for our SMEG Warming Drawer was dispatched from Italy and promptly delivered to us. As we were moving house, we needed to get the part in to fix our machine before our buyers moved in. It came with a day to spare after regular updates from the team (Dominic to begin with advising us on the part we needed and Ali who keep us up to date) and we cannot recommend them enough. Experts in what they do, it helped enormously.

I placed my order and it arrived sooner than I was advised, with a delivery time slot and extremely well packaged. Will most definitely use Servevast again in the future

Sep 24,2021This is the 3rd time I’ve used them, and every time has been amazing. They help you find the right part, can contact the SMEG factory in Italy and can also find you parts not listed. If you ask , they will do their best to find the answer. Big shout out to Sheila, who recently swapped emails daily until she helped me work out what I need. The staff and company are very customer centric, and a pleasure to deal with.

Sep 28,2021The goods arrived promptly and well packaged. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. The product is as expected, HOWEVER there are no instructions as to how to best install the drawer fronts which is tricky. The result is a break to the holding clips on either end, one of the issues which a new drawer front was intended to resolve.
