Sep 27,2024Hong Kong to Sydney shipment: The delivery man only left our goods at the public main gate on the main road, instead of helping to deliver into our garage area or inside home. This is totally not a door-to-door service! Poor service.

Seven Seas was really good about getting everything set up and guiding me through the process of packing and shipping, plus the paperwork. I was even told by the customs officer that I was well prepared. They were recommended to me by a family member, I'd also recommend them to anyone needing to move overseas.

Frankly, I only arranged my overseas shipment in last two days before I moved from HK to Malaysia but they also can arrange it perfectly for me. The guy in hotline called Jacky is able to offer excellent suggestions n solutions to me as this was my first time moving home after 13 years abroad. On the actual date, the two guys whom helped to move my stuffs also very professional, helpful and polite! This company will also constantly remind me to update my record before my goods officially shipped back HK to Malaysia. I can feel this company is very reliable, professional and helpful. So will definitely refer it to my friends! : )

Sep 26,2024They are really easy and straightforward way to send your good form one location to another. Even they help with the customs process. Maybe a point to consider is the delay between receiving goods and shipment. If you forget to fill in documents in a short time, extra charges for warehousing are applied.

The customer service is outstanding: they are helpful, kind and efficient. The services collecting the boxes were of the best quality: DHL and UPS. They also were helpful. This company keeps me updated on my boxes and I trust that they will arrive in excellent condition !

Sep 25,2024At first, the whole task of getting the boxes and packing seemed very daunting, but the efficiency of the staff made all my anxiety disappear. The service was great and being updated on my packages was an added bonus. The delivery at my home was great as the gentleman were so helpful and pleasant to boot. The only grouse I have is that the free umbrella that was given to me by the company could not fit in any of the boxes. So maybe, a smaller umbrella? Great job Seven Seas!

Sep 25,2024I can not praise this company enough. I had a large move cube to relocate my belongings to Australia. Seven Seas made it easy to complete all documentation and provided clear details on how to load the move cube for inspection once it was in the destination country. When the cube was delivered to me the driver supported us in getting the cube emptied and double checked to make sure no screws or other little important bits had not escaped whilst being in transit. This is my last big move but if I ever needed to move abroad again I would not hesitate to use this company again

Sep 24,2024I recently used SevenSeas Worldwide to move from Malaysia to Taiwan. They were a day late to pick up the packed boxes. The company blamed the Malaysian company and vice versa. My boxes arrived after the 70 days. I am grateful that many items arrived safely. However, one of the boxes was damaged, so much so that my Le Creuset metal pot is flattened on one side. A bath towel was not enough protection. My fault for protecting it against scratches and not... somehow being flattened. My coffee machine water tank is also broken. Also, my fault for not wanting to consume more by buying another machine. The feedback has been I should have bought the more expensive insurance. Where shall I send you the order number?
