Great service from start to finish. Shipped boxes internationally and was easy to track their location throughout the whole trip. Collection was easy to arrange from my door and same with delivery once they reached their destination. Would definitely recommend.
I have used SevenSeas Worldwide twice now and could not be more impressed with their service. Both times they were expedient, arrived during the quoted hour they said they would, took excellent care loading and unloading my belongings, and everything arrived safely and within the time frame estimated! I certainly will go to them with future shipping needs. For reference I shipped a load of clothing and household items the first time, and the second time books, flat-pack furniture, and a whole bookcase, in one piece. Really really couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.
I am very happy with the whole process. The team helped me to pack my stuff and fit into the Move Cube was friendly, efficient and helpful. The mover in Toronto, who delivered the Move Cube, helped to move my stuff into the Garage. The person used to give me the quote helped me along the way. And it is very convenient to find help, solutions, answers through the customer service. Plus, the price is reasonable.
A good team player all perform duties effectively n efficiently. One corrected my missing word in documents inventory, the other suggested me to pay insurance in advance before l left the country shortly otherwise l might be on flight or could not make the payment in time. Carrie Wan and Jacky Chai were ready to answer all enquiries and provided suggestions and advices. All these showed Seven Seas Worldwide staff are under good training and can provide good service.
Overall, I'd recommend Seven Seas if you need to ship stuff overseas. I shipped 3 boxes and 3 suitcases from Australia to the UK. The total shipment time was around 4 months and was slightly delayed (by a few weeks), but everything arrived intact and exactly as I packed it. There was a lot of communication from Seven Seas at every step of the way, so it was clear what I had to do and when. I had to call them a couple of times (to change shipping address, to arrange final delivery) and their customer service was quick and helpful. The only downside was that the entire cost was not clear to me up front. Alongside shipping, you'll also pay insurance and customs/import charges, which essentially tripled the cost of shipping.

Seven seas have been great! The boxes were straightforward to use and packed things safely away. All instructions have been easy to follow and the customer service have been particularly helpful with answering queries I have had. Overall, great service and good price.
After a site inspection with a very helpful person on a Thursday, I got my text message the next day at 12:25pm. The move tube would arrive on Monday at 10:10am and be gone at 11:10am. Having just found out that I also had a VicRoads registration appointment at 9:10am (trying to sell our vehicle before we leave for the UK on the 8th), I immediately responded to the text, asking if it was possible to rearrange the drop off for either Monday afternoon or the next day. I then decided to actually call them in case the sms wasn’t acknowledged. I was told that because I hadn’t confirmed to the rule; ‘must call SSI by noon the previous business day to the drop off day to change or cancel the drop off’, I would be required to pay a $440 cancellation fee. I could not have done this because the sms was sent to me at 12:25pm, 25 minutes after the deadline. I’ve chosen to rearrange the registration appointment rather than pay this excessive amount. Unlike the overseas call centre, VicRoads were courteous and levied no fee.
Seven Seas has been very efficient in helping us ship some items to our son in the USA from the UK. The delivery of the specialist packing boxes were deliver on the date agreed. The collection of the boxes was also at the date agreed and the drivers were very helpful. The phone support and the online communication helped us complete all the required form. Would use Seven Seas again

I'd order a small size movecube. When the truck arrived in front of my house. I expected the cube will unload on the ground, so I can more easy upload my boxes. However, The driver told me that the cube will stay on the 1 meter high truck. I need to climb up and upload my heavy boxes. It's rediculous. Although the customer service on phone is very good. However, I'm highly not recommand to use this service.
Could it be any slower? MoveCube collected on 29th of May. I was given a transit time of 75-91 days. It has now been 111 days and I am looking at probably another month or more of wait time. Communication has been quite poor, I've had to call multiple times for updates but have never been given any useful information. If you're hoping to get your possessions on time maybe look at other companies.
The boxes and packing materials were delivered and collected promptly! Online forms were mostly easy to fill in . The agent whom I called to get help with completing the paperwork was excellent!!
