I have order 30kg large boxes and did manage to pack everything in those boxes. Boxes were big and solid. Got the boxes delivered to my workplace and got them picked up from my mate’s place and the complete process was smooth. I am very satisfied so far. My containers are already on the ship to come to Australia now from NZ. The customer service was very clear with their information through out the process. I have informed me about the red flags by Australian Custom Office and they guided me about packing my tools in those boxes. Now just waiting for my boxes to arrive in Australia.

Totally extremely bad and nightmare experience!!! When I placed order the customer services only focus on the price but not giving proper advise on who should be the sender and what's the procedure on handling sending good delivery form when land. All inventory list ONLY provide to me after good arrive Vancouver which we already land and miss to chop the BSF form. Which bring us explore into paying GST risk. The WORST thing is Sevenside change the sender name into my wife name without my confirmation no matter by email or phone confirmation and then told me this changing is the final and cannot change back! While I've book my air ticket back to Vancouver to handle myself. Totally ridiculous and worst services I had experience. Also when I try to call customer service hotline the lady Ms Cheung told me I can only wait Sevensea reply in email and whether the manager who handle my case will call me back or not it's all on his own discretion. Well, this is the worst customer services and complaint handling the last I can experience. After reading the reply from Sevenseas. It make me even feel this company is a totally non-responsive company and treat client as trash. I don't wanna reply it point by point. Just taking the name changing action as an example. The client had sent email to ask the possibility to change the sender name and Sevensea had replied the client that request is not allowed and not possible. And after such email, Sevenseas suddenly told the client name had been changed with a charge and action had been done and cannot revise back. I wanna ask how Sevenseas got client consent and agreement on both cost involved and the final mutual agreement taken? Sevenseas has no evidence and not talked to the client before action!! I think if Sevenseas is taking a responsible action, what your company should do is to send someone within Canada team to go with the client and try to clear with custom under such special case and difficulty, rather than keep trying to get rid of the company responsibility! Last but not least, Sevensea also fail to inform the client sender name changing can only do one time, if Sevensea had well communication with me about all conditions, I'm sure I won't agree to change as I'm going to fly Canada. Such handling ways by Sevenseas explain all other difficulties that I'm suffering. And by the way, funny that I still can't get management formal reply in email for how to support me but in return I got reply in this public message box.

I’ve used Seven Seas Worldwide a couple of times now (back and forth to Australia) as they are the most cost effective and easiest to use e.g. no minimum consignments based on container specifications etc. I find their online tool and live tracking easy to use and they are ‘always’ available when I’ve needed to contact them 24/7. It’s always a pleasure getting your items picked up or delivered. The communications is spot on and they always arrive in the hour window they give you. Thanks so much again!
Too long time to delivery Never received notification that I would have to pay more money at destination Complicated system for delivery having to phone to book delivery slot is very strange you as deliverer should tell customers when it will arrive drivers both ends very helpful and professional but I will certainly never use this company again

3rd time I have used Seven Seas. We mover from Europe using the Move Cube service. We read all the information, asked a lot of questions, and we did not encounter any problems. Overall great service.
Smooth, fuss-free process! Seven seas kept me updated about the shipment times and custom fees, and I was able to arrange the delivery at my own convenience. The delivery was handled by a third-party mover, and I was able to update my contact number for them easily through seven seas.
We shipped our belongings from the USA to Australia using two MoveCubes and were very happy with how it all went. The customer service people on the phone were always friendly anytime I called, and helped answer all my questions. We had two separate pick ups and deliveries and the truck drivers were always top notch. On the USA end they advised us on how to pack in extra cardboard into our MoveCube to make it super sturdy, and there was good communication from the drivers about their ETAs etc. Everything went great, they had honest pricing on their site and I’d definitely recommend them!

So far so good. Best priced company with the highest reviews. Came highly recommended by many people. Instructions for packing and pickup were very clear. Collection was easy and staff were very friendly both when I called to make changes to my order and when the driver came to collect the goods. Have been updated along the way with the progress of my goods via email, which is reassuring. My items are still on their way so cannot comment on shipment process at the other end
